In the tour to the León Dormido (Kicker Rock) we combine diving for certified people (PADI or similar) and also clients who have a certain degree of experience. For non-divers we do surface diving or snorkeling . Without a doubt, one of the best visits of our trip.

We leave by boat early from Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, we will make a first stop to test the equipment in shallow waters to later arrive at the mythical León Dormido. Here we will dive in a unique place in the world where we can swim surrounded by hammerhead sharks, white and black tip sharks, galapagos shark, stingrays, sea lions, turtles and countless fish of various species. Also hopefully we can meet the great whale shark.

An unforgettable experience and a good dose of adrenaline.

It is a tour in which you walk approximately 45 minutes to the beach of Tortuga Bay. We go through Playa Brava, where we can see sea iguanas, blue-footed boobies, pelicans, etc, and then will arrive at Playa Mansa, a place where bathing is allowed and where we will hopefully be approached by small sharks who visit this place to mate. (They are not dangerous).

The water is cloudy in Playa Mansa because it is an area of mangroves, but it is easy to see them if you stay in the water for a while.
